We like to keep wedding music pretty simple.
Choose the moments you want live music for, choose how big you want to go, and we’ll put together a package around your wedding rather than asking you to squeeze it into a complicated set of tiers.
Han & Stu can soundtrack everything from a beautifully stripped-back ceremony and relaxed drinks reception to a full-on evening party... either as our high-energy party duo or with the full band.
Based in Wrexham, we perform across North Wales, Cheshire, Liverpool, Shropshire and throughout the UK.

You don't have to book everything... choose one part of the day, combine a couple of them, or keep us around from the ceremony right through to the dance floor.
There’s something pretty special about hearing your song played live as you walk into the room. For ceremonies, we keep things beautifully stripped-back... two voices, guitar and harmonies, with the music arranged around the moments that really matter the most. Your ceremony can include:

Music during the ceremony
Songs for after the “I dos”
Your chosen exit song
Bespoke song arrangements where possible
You can pick from our repertoire or ask us about something that means more to you. It doesn't have to sound like a traditional wedding song. It just has to sound like yours.
WEDDING CEREMONY
The bit with the I do's.
This is where things loosen up. We mix soulful acoustic songs with feel-good pop, rnb, jazz, indie, disco, latin, classics and a few songs that have a habit of turning background music into a singalong. In a drinks reception, we basically cover pretty much any genre and can perfectly tailor this to whatever you love!
Want it chilled? Easy.
Want the atmosphere to start building? Also easy.
Looking for a party straight away? Love it.
We read the room and shape the music around what’s happening rather than forcing the party before everybody has found the bar.
Up to 2 × 45-minute live sets across approximately 2.5 hours.
DRINKS RECEPTION
The bit after the I do's.
Wedding breakfast music can go in two very different directions.
We can keep it relaxed and atmospheric while everyone eats and catches up.
Or we can start gently turning things up between courses and see where it goes.
Think classy background to soften the mood and make everyone feel comfortable, followed by feel-good favourites. If you're up for it, maybe even some singalongs after the wine starts flowing and if we go down that route, it'll probably turn several tables realising they've started their own afternoon party!
You tell us what kind of atmosphere you want. We'll take it from there.

WEDDING BREAKFAST
Dinner, but with a better soundtrack.
AND THEN... WE PARTY
Two ways to turn it up! (This is where you choose how big you want the evening to feel).
Our evening duo is not the stripped back acoustic version of Han & Stu... this is the Friday-night version, with bags of character!
Two voices, guitar, big arrangements, loads of interaction and a set designed to get people out of their seats and onto the dance floor.
Expect pop, dance rock, indie, hip hop, 2000s party favourites big anthems and plenty of nostalgic curveballs along the way.
This is a popular options because it gives you the spontaneity and energy of live music in a compact line-up that can still completely take over a room.
And yes... two people absolutely can fill a dance floor. It's one of our favourite things to do!

HAN + STU PARTY DUO
Just the two of us... big evening energy!
Want to turn things up another level?
Add bass, drums and live brass and we become the full band.
It's a bigger line-up, a fuller sound and a proper live-gig feel, still built around the songs, personality and energy that run through everything we do.
And then there’s the trombone... our not-particularly-secret weapon!
Live brass gives the band something you don't hear at every wedding and brings a completely different energy to the room, particularly once it finds its way off the stage and onto the dance floor. We can also add a saxophone if you'd really like, just let us know and we can talk add-ons.
Expect big choruses, brilliant musicians and very few people showing much interest in sitting down.

There isn't one right answer!
Some couples just want live music for one special part of the day. Some want us for pretty much all of it. Both make sense!

Start chilled, finish considerably less chilled.

One sound running through the day, from the aisle to a full dance floor.

Here's the money bit, and we'll keep it simple. No bronze, no platinum, no mystery!
Our current starting prices are:
Daytime duo options from £800
Evening Party Duo from £1,150
Full Evening Band from £1,800
If you book more than one part of the day we’ll bundle everything together into one package and give you some biiiiiig savings compared with booking each part separately.
The exact price depends on your date, venue and how much of the day you want us for, especially if we’re travelling a little further afield.

WHAT'S IT GOING TO COST?

Depending on what you book, we'll take care of the practical side too. That can include:
> Professional PA system
> Appropriate live lighting
> Background music through our PA between live sets
> Song requests and personalised set planning
> Your first-dance song where agreed
> A planning call before the wedding
> Liaison with your venue where needed
> Public liability insurance and venue requirements
> Optional DJ service through to midnight
> Plenty of advice if you're not quite sure what you need
Basically, we don't want you worrying about whether someone remembered a cable while you're supposed to be getting married.

Definitely. Our evening party duo is one of our most popular bookings and is designed specifically for an evening celebration and dance floor. The band is there if you want a bigger line-up and bigger live sound.

Usually, yes. Give us plenty of notice and we'll talk through what will work best.
> Do you provide music between your live sets?
Yes. We can keep music playing through our PA so the atmosphere doesn't disappear as soon as we take a break.
> Do you provide a DJ?
We can offer a DJ service through to midnight as part of your evening arrangements.
> Do you only perform in North Wales?
No. We're based in Wrexham and work extensively across North Wales, but regularly perform throughout Cheshire, Chester, Liverpool, Shropshire and across the UK.
