Filling this in will help us to be fully prepared for the big day, and anything else that isn't covered here we can chat about directly by email or phone. It's worth mentioning that we would really appreciate refreshments being available or a few drinks behind the bar, and depending on how long we're with you, we will need a bit of food to ensure we are charged up (especially if we are playing during an evening or for multiple parts of the day!
