Filling this in will help the act to be fully prepared for the big day, and anything else that isn't covered here can be discussed about directly by email or phone. It's worth mentioning that the act would really appreciate refreshments being available or a few drinks behind the bar, and depending on how long they're with you, they will need a bit of food to ensure they are charged up (especially if they are playing during an evening or for multiple parts of the day! Thanks in advance for looking after them :)
